Terms and Conditions of Sale
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to sales of products made on the Aspimax shop to consumers.
1. Seller
Aspimax is operated by a sole proprietorship (EI), specialized in distance selling via general catalog (APE 47.91A), whose professional address is 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Contact: support@aspimax.com – 06 63 42 88 68.
2. Products
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product pages. Photographs and visuals are for illustrative purposes and do not replace the characteristics indicated in the product description.
3. Price
The applicable prices are those displayed on the shop at the time of the order. Any applicable delivery costs are indicated before final confirmation of the order. The tax information displayed to the customer must correspond to the tax regime actually applicable to the business.
4. Order
The customer checks the contents of their order and the information provided before validation. The order becomes final after payment validation, subject to applicable checks and availability.
5. Payment
The available payment methods are those offered during the checkout process. Payment is processed using the payment service providers enabled on the shop.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The applicable delivery methods, costs, and timeframes must be presented to the customer before the order is validated. Detailed information is also available on the Delivery page.
7. Right of withdrawal
For applicable distance sales, the consumer has a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the goods to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to justify their decision, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
After notification, the product must be returned within 14 days at the latest. Unless expressly covered by Aspimax or in cases where the law requires the seller to bear the cost, the direct return costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer.
Before any return, the customer must contact Aspimax at support@aspimax.com. No merchandise should be returned without prior instructions. The address and return procedures adapted to the order will be communicated after examination of the request.
The refund is processed within the legal timeframe, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost to the consumer. For the sale of goods, the refund may be deferred until recovery of the goods or receipt of proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

9. Legal guarantees
The consumer benefits from the applicable legal guarantees, notably the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee regarding hidden defects, under the conditions provided by French legislation.
10. Damaged or non-conforming product
In the event of a product being received damaged, incomplete, or non-conforming, the customer is invited to contact Aspimax promptly at support@aspimax.com with their order number and any evidence useful for examining the request. The consumer's legal rights remain applicable.
11. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy accessible on the shop.
12. Complaints and mediation
A complaint can be sent to support@aspimax.com. In the event of an unsuccessful prior written complaint, the consumer may use the consumer mediator to which Aspimax is subject, free of charge:

13. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law, without depriving the consumer of the mandatory protective provisions they benefit from.
