Returns & refunds

For distance purchases covered by the right of withdrawal, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the goods to notify their decision to withdraw, subject to exceptions provided by law.

Before any return, contact us at support@aspimax.com. No merchandise should be returned without prior instructions. The return address and procedures may vary depending on the product, the supplier, and the reason for the return. The instructions suited to your order will be provided to you after your request has been reviewed.

After notifying their withdrawal, the consumer has a maximum of 14 days to return the product in accordance with the provided instructions.

The returned product must be handled with care and returned with its accessories if they were part of the order. Any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product may be taken into account in accordance with applicable regulations.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and the applicable procedure. Where the direct costs of returning are to be borne by the customer in the event of withdrawal, this information must have been communicated to them in accordance with regulations. If the supplier or seller covers the return, the corresponding instructions or label will be provided to the customer.

A product received damaged, defective, or non-compliant must be reported as soon as possible with the order number and, where useful, photos or other evidence to allow the request to be examined.

Refunds are processed according to the timelines and terms provided by applicable regulations. For a withdrawal, the refund may be deferred until the goods are recovered or until proof of shipment is received, according to applicable legal conditions.
